Why Do We Want To Improve The World?

Our Vision

To raise a new cadre of young value-driven African leaders who are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to help solve challenges that are in their communities, and by extension, the world.

Our Mission

To be a community of young, value-driven, and competent leaders committed to good governance and national development.

WHAT WE DO

Our Variety Of Programs On Leadership And Community Development:

Africa Royal Leadership Fellowship (RLF)

This is a 2-day intensive mentorship program that seeks to train talented and skill-driven young people who have shown passion to building a better Africa and are willing to give back to their communities with their skills, talents, and resources

National Leadership Summit (NLS)

This is a summit designed for high school and university students as an approach to addressing leadership challenges in the country. There are keynote speeches, panel discussions, presentations, networking and most especially Idea for Change Competition where we call out for submissions of innovative and sustainable ideas that address various issues in our society,

Aliu Empowerment Program (AEP)

The AEP is a program that is geared towards empowering individuals and communities, through the Aliu Development fund we are able to carry out three different outreaches;
Scholar Support by State, Household Food Support Outreach and Community Healthcare Outreach.

Regal Tech Academy (RTA)

This is a Tech Academy where we provide our students with quality and affordable training in various digital skills. With our strong teaching model and fantastic trainers, we are able to train our students to use their skills to stay on top of the economy.

School Outreaches

Through our Design thinking tour we carryout school outreaches, providing students with empowering sessions ranging from leadership, creative writing, to problem solving skills, our goal being to help students in the area of design thinking.

Dialogue Series

These are leadership training sessions where we invite experts in various fields to speak to our community members on important issues and topics. These topics range from leadership development to goal setting, risk management, and more.

Upsurge Foundation TV

This is a medium where we tell the stories of young change makers in our immediate community.

Regal Tech academy UI/UX class was amazing and I learnt a lot of things which helped to start building my UX engineering skills. The design class was my first opportunity to learn design and I understood core concepts and was able to use design software Figma to design user interfaces. We had interactive sessions, amazing facilitators, weekly assessments, a final project and we had access to quality resources to continue learning with.
